Greg Botolino - run , run as fast and as far as you can , the guy is disorganized and a non-performer.
If you are a glutton for punishment , then by all means I highly recommend Greg Botolino ( Nautica )

Mike Sapp- big bowl of wrong

Run Forest , run!

Genuine Project funders, Posted 02-18-2010, 04:27 AM #4 (permalink)
I recommend 100% Broughton Capital Offshore Limted. (Broughton Capital - Who We Are) They work with a major international law firm (Welcome to Wragg.com) based in London UK. BCO have offices in the UK-US and soon to be opened an office Geneva Switzerland. They offer many solutions to clients and offer a superb customer service from application to closing.

I will say this, they will not work "Pro Bono". The last project I arranged with them cost the following. (100m Waste to energy project Germany).

Please make sure you have all the right documents. If you are looking to raise 100m a 2 page business exe summary will not wash. Nor a set of cashflow accounts undertaken by some local accountant. As a rule of thumb you will spend in fees 5-8% per 100m.

Committment and engagement Fee. $22,500. Fixed in all cases

Wraggs Fees. $150,000. ($50,000) placed on account balance paid at closing.

Application, Survey report, site visits, funding contract. $5,325,000.

Broughton Fees on Closing. $1,200,000.
