I agree with Jerry B. Stay away from both of these individuals. I too have spoken with people who also continue to speak with these people. They are not real. Stay away and keep your money. I do have the perfect spelling of his name its Eriq Mayer and Kammy Jacobs almost has too many names to list Kammy Garth , Kamela Jacobs , Kam Jacobs , Kamela Anderson , Kammy Anderson , Louise Taylor and the list goes on.

It is amazing how people post things about others. I have dealt with Mayer and Jacobs before twice had success once on a deal and on the other it was not successful but I can say my money was returned with both of their assistance at times I see a lot of bad things said about good people especially when the person is just an intermediary between a buyer and a seller. when things go south no one wants to take ownership when the referred party doesn't perform. I got my money back yesterday to the tune of a couple hundred thousand dollars and know unequivocally that the two of them had a hand in getting my money back i was on the phones with the nonperforming party courtesy of them hearing the demands people some times we get mad at the wrong people because we are frustrated and wind up doing or saying vain things I'm 76 years old and if i were to list everyone i had or thought i had a problem with and later realized i were wrong i would probably have a dictionary people please be careful of your actions
