I have been in contact with Mr Benjamin Lugassy to buy a leased BG that he said could be traded with one of his relation.
He acted as the CEO of Benjamin Metrofinance LLC, as a collateral provider.
The address does not exit any longer.
I paid 150kEur, for leasing fee.

Nor have I received the contractual documents, but my BG was never reserved but proposed twice under the same reference number.

He claimed that the deposit was refundable if the BG could not be leased (after a year), but this never happend. We are several to try to recover the fees.

He is not a provider, just a broker, leasing the BG from another provider at a much lower cost, spending the money you pay him in rich hotels, or property with his girlfriend. He lied many times on his location and possibilities to achieve anything. He spend recently some time in prison in Bruxelles and many claims are already registered in different countries but justice never achieved to stop his "cavalerie" business because of the international complexity of his case.

To my knowledge, he never succeded in any transaction.

He can ask you more money to "help him", but he does not recognize his commitment to pay you back.

He is located in Alméria, Paris, Strasbourg, ...

Mrs Valerie JUND is his accomplice.
