I have a client with $587,000 in escrow. They need a SBLC from a domestic bank for $11,750,000 for 12 months for use as collateral.

If anyone can help, email me at jwoodcapital@yahoo.com]

dont do the sblc, Posted 01-21-2010, 11:10 PM #2 (permalink)
Dont get an SBLC, it will waste the clients money. I would be very careful because those deals are very hard to do. Be safe with all that.

SBLCs are expensive, Posted 03-03-2010, 02:15 PM #3 (permalink)
A client can take their upfront funds for an SBLC and put it into a leased instrument to trade. Great way to avoid a loan entirely. More info available.
