Every so often I get requests from clients that want to monetize against their in-ground assets. They have assays, geological reports, color claims etc and are very accommodating with requests for information. If anyone has experience or can fund a deal of this sort please post or send a private message. Any advice, as usual, is most appreciated. Thanks for reading.

I fully understand your (and your client's) situation. I have been in the "money" business for over 13 years and I have been able to do certain amount of deals. But, none have had any luck when it came to "under-ground assets". No bank or investor was and as of today, is, willing to invest their money in a high risk and hardly rewarding project. UNLESS, you are willing to bring an investment group and you (or your client) are/is willing to give up a large part of the ownership rights to the one (ones) with the deep pockets.
