Evi, I have the requirements from a platform that accepts items like you suggest. The problem is that this platform will only accept the SKR if it is backed by a top bank. They suggested to me that my client finds a bank that will give him a loan against assets and place that cash into trade. Or, find a top bank that will keep his asset and issue the skr. Sulevss is right. Other things are much easier to do. Good Luck!
