Need info/opinions about UN Programme for bonds

Hi everyone. I need to know if somebody here knows something and/or have a professional opinion about the following info I have received today from a broker :

The UN Sovereign Trading Platform is THE ONLY ONE that can trade all the exotic bearer
Bonds like all Brasil – Petrobras / Eletrobras / LTNs – Venezuela Bonds - Mexicanbonds –
German Historic Bonds – Chinese Historic Bonds – Russian Bonds and so on , regardless of what being said out there otherwise. That being said, they are offering to do this in an effort of cleaning the world banking systems.

They offer this :
· The bonds will be taken into trade at their full face value + coupon value of the bonds.
Any bearer bond can be submitted to the platform, not just the Mexican bonds. (So, that
includes Venezuelan bonds, Chinese bonds, German bonds, Greek bonds, Brazilian
bonds, etc.)
· The bonds will be leveraged 20 times, roll over 40 times and payable every 2 weeks for
10 years.
· The profit will be paid to the bond holders at 20%, the UN keeps 80% for humanitarian
projects and repatriate countries for losses incurred with these instruments.
· The bond holder nets 15%, the 5% will be divided equally among 3 groups. USA Group,
UK Group, and your group. This will be transparent via IMFPA later

We need a few things :
· Color passport copy of the bond holder or signatory
· Color copies of the SKRs or Depository Receipts or an attorney attestation to the bonds
existent.
· CIS
· Picture or scan of the front and back of one of each bond type. IF the holder have more
than one series or different type of bonds, then front and back of each type.
· Serial or folio numbers of the bonds
· Corp resolution or power of atty. signed and notarized if the bonds submitted in a
company's name.
· This point comes later : Signed IMFPA by the bond holder or signatory. The bond
holder prints and signs his name to the right of BOND HOLDER'S NAME in the middle
of the IMFPA. The bond holder must notarize the IMFPA.

Some additional Info :
A) Current Value (what they are worth today) OF 100M MINIMUM Not per bond, but total
submission.
B) ALL YEARS ARE OK.
C) ONCE Current VALUE IS PAID OWNERSHIP OF BONDS TRANSFERS TO UN.
Trade continues to pay client and brokers for the full 10 years.
D) TRADE LASTS 10 YEARS BY CONTRACT.

I own several packages of historic bonds, which they claim are worth millions and pay out 20% of the value every two weeks, for 10 years.

The exact same description, as the other person describes here on this forum.

They are not asking for any money or fees upfront, just the opportunity to list them and a contract to receive a commission for the placement, exactly as described by the other person on this forum.

Can anybody qualified and with experience help me ?
I would like to know if this is a legitimate deal or it really does not exist.

I agree, but if i do not have to put any money in then what would the point be? I mean it seems to good to be true, but with no initial investment what would be the point if it was a scam or bs?

I guess i am trying to gain insight into this. i have heard of bond scams, but i hold the bonds so i am not buying anything.

also is there really a UN trading program set up for this?
